Job Opening at Hawthorne! Director of Digital and Interactive
Director of Digital and Interactive Services for Direct Response Advertising.
Lead development and implementation of digital and interactive client services.
Evaluate, recommend and coordinate vendors and alliance partners for online marketing client opportunities to optimize revenue for both the client and Hawthorne.
Understand optimal online campaign strategy, management, reporting and statistical requirements.
Coordinate online marketing services: lead-generation and ecommerce, micro site development, paid and organic search.
Create and lead online marketing presentations.
Coordinate organizational systems, management processes and ongoing training, as needed, to execute online campaigns through partners and vendors.
Identify and pursue opportunities for implementing high-margin online activities in-house.
Manage design, implementation and operation of client lead-generation and ecommerce micro sites.
Manage planning, implementation, optimization, reporting, analysis and ongoing operation of paid and organic search campaigns driving leads and sales to client micro sites.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in relevant field and 5-10 years experience in digital and interactive advertising.
Comprehensive understanding of lead generation, ecommerce micro site development, paid and organic search.
Comprehensive understanding of DRTV for a successful campaign.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with leading the development of online creative, lead generation, high conversion web site development, ecommerce, paid and organic search, comprehensive reporting requirements.
Online campaign creative planning, testing, optimization and internal management systems.
Comprehensive knowledge of performance-based advertising vehicles and implementation of online initiatives.
Management of paid and SEO search campaigns.
